After arriving at the airport of Paros, take the regional road leading to Paroikia, and once there; turn right towards the direction of Naousa. Just before exiting Paroikia, at the Naousa – Lefkes intersection, take the left turn towards Naousa. When you reach Naousa, follow the signage on its regional road and turn right directing to the circular intersection on the periphery of Naousa. Once you reach the circular intersection keep driving straight, following the signage directing to Santa Maria, Ambelas and Piso Livadi and turn left at the Santa Maria signage.

Santa Maria

In the organized and always in high spirits Santa Maria beach there are umbrellas and chaise longs, a beach bar and a sea front restaurant. A mini market is located in Santa Maria.
In the also organized Small Santa Maria, are located two restaurants: the first is called “Katsounas” and offers traditional homey food, and the second is called “To Dixti” and has a fish and seafood menu.
Opposite the family beach of Xifara and only 1,5 klm. from The S.A.N.D. Collection is the well-known Siparos restaurant, popular for its creative Greek Cuisine.


The nearby fishing village with the emblematic Venetian Port-Castle at its landmark needs no introduction: it is a cosmopolitan joyful hive that embraces sophisticated elegant living. During a relaxed stroll at its picturesque alleys and streets, the visitor will discover charming boutiques, jewelry shops and art galleries, as well as exquisite options for dining, that combine Cycladic cuisine and sea food with an international contemporary twist. Naousa has its own “Little Venice”, a colorful seaside port with charming cafes, cocktail bars and restaurants.


Paroikia, the impressive capital of Paros, is an historic port town. It features a lovely waterside façade, with restaurants, cafes and bars, while its alleys and streets are picture-perfect: the visitor can see beautiful old churches and authentic Venetian and Neoclassical architecture in dialogue with Cycladic whitewashed houses, that frame the emblematic Town Castle and the landmark of Ekatontapyliani Church, that dates back to the 4th Century.


Paros offers a satisfying diversity of beaches: some are ideal for isolation and serene hours of sunbathing, while the organised beaches offer un upbeat outgoing vibe, hosting vivid beach bars and popular water sports schools. Santa Maria’s bays, in an invitingly close distance from The S.A.N.D. Collection offer both: the main beach shines in cosmopolitan enthusiasm, and the nearby smaller bays are peaceful and bohemian.
Near Naousa, Kolymbithres and Monastiri are well known, while in the south-east part of the island, Punda is fashionable, and Tserdakia and Golden beach are popular for their transparent waters and friendly waves that windsurfers love.


The mountain village of Lefkes is an excellent sample of Cycladic architecture. Having coffee in its traditional squares can be a relaxing, slow living experience. Byzantine Road, the charming marbled old path that connects Lefkes with the lovely village of Prodromos offers a dynamic and pleasant afternoon walk.
Marpissa village, with its traditional settlement that dates back to the 14 th century, is also worth a visit. Marpissa features “Nikos Perantinos” Sculpture Museum, a Byzantine Gallery and a lovely Folk Museum. The historic Monastery – Castle of Saint Antonio that overlooks Marpissa, offers great views of the nearby islands and serene sunset gazing to its visitors.


Paros’ cuisine is based on seasonal, quality local ingredients. Fish and sea food, meat, fruits and vegetables; combined with rich local cheeses like gruyere or xynomyzithra, are used in the island’s unique plates. Wine and souma are also some of the well-known island products.


The island offers a great variety of activities like surfing, snorkeling, trekking or horse riding, that inspire visitors to create a unique bond with Paros. The numerous schools and certified instructors can guide everyone, beginners as well as experienced visitors.
